Ingredients
- 60 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 tbsp oil
- 80 ml maple syrup or golden syrup
- 135 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Glaze:
- 65 g cup icing sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 2 drops of pink food colouring
Toppings:
- White chocolate
- Pink Shimmer Sugar
Instructions
- Whisk the milk, vinegar, vanilla extract, oil and maple syrup together in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Grease a Doughnut mould and add the mixture to each ring.
- Then select Air Fry on your Vortex Air Fryer at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
- Make the glaze by mixing the icing sugar, water and food colouring in a bowl until smooth.
- Once the Doughnuts have cooled, glaze each Doughnut and add the toppings.
