Mix lemon juice, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and the salt and pepper into the bowl. After mixing the sauce, remove two tablespoons of sauce and put it aside. You will use the sauce to glaze the chicken wings when they are the partway through cooking cycle.
Mix the chicken wing and the rest of the sauce into the bowl and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Select Air Fry and adjust the temperature to 200°C and the time 15 minutes. Preheat Vortex until display indicates Add Food.
When prompted to Turn Food, turn the chicken wings and brush the remaining sauce over the chicken wings then continue cooking.
When the program finishes, serve with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
