Pigs in Blankets Air Fryer Recipe

Pigs in Blankets Air Fryer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 Chipolata sausages
  • 6 slices Streaky bacon

Instructions

  1. Halve each slice of streaky bacon length ways so you have 12 long strips
  2. Wrap each chipolata sausage with streaky bacon using a cocktail stick to secure each end
  3. Select ‘Air Fry’ function on your Vortex Air Fryer and programme the temperature to 180℃ and the time to 14 minutes. Press start and let the Air Fryer warm up.
  4. Once temperature has been reached, place 6 chipolatas in the Air Fryer and close the draw, turning the Pigs in Blankets when prompted.
  5. Carefully remove Pigs in blankets from the Air Fryer once the programme has finished and keep them warm.
  6. Repeat steps 3-6 to cook the final 6 Pigs in Blankets.
