Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 50 g oats
- 220 ml almond milk
- 80 ml water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder optional
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Spray an oven-safe dish with cooking spray or olive oil to reduce sticking of the oats.
- Add the milk, 80ml water, oats, cocoa powder and maple syrup ingredients to the dish and mix well making sure the cocoa powder is mixed in.
- Add 250 ml of water to inner pot, then place the trivet inside and put the dish of oats on top.
- Secure the lid and select Pressure cook. Set the timer for 4 mins and press start.
- When the cooking program finishes, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Stir well before serving and top with peanut butter and dark chocolate.
