Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 50 g oats
  • 220 ml almond milk
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder optional
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Spray an oven-safe dish with cooking spray or olive oil to reduce sticking of the oats.
  2. Add the milk, 80ml water, oats, cocoa powder and maple syrup ingredients to the dish and mix well making sure the cocoa powder is mixed in.
  3. Add 250 ml of water to inner pot, then place the trivet inside and put the dish of oats on top.
  4. Secure the lid and select Pressure cook. Set the timer for 4 mins and press start.
  5. When the cooking program finishes, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. Stir well before serving and top with peanut butter and dark chocolate.
