Chinese Chicken Skewers

Vortex Air Fryer


  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger
  • 2 chicken breast fillets


  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except the chicken)
  2. Dice the chicken breast into cubes (about 1” pieces) and place the chicken into the marinade.
  3. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Once ready, thread 2-3 pieces of chicken onto cocktail sticks, or longer skewers if they fit inside your Vortex.
  5. Select AIR FRY and program the temperature to 188°C for 10 minutes and allow the vortex to preheat.
  6. When prompted, add the skewers into the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each.
  7. Turn the chicken skewers at halfway and continue to cook them until the program finishes.
  8. Enjoy warm.
