Ingredients
Wings seasoning
- 1 Kg Chicken wings
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
- Salt to taste
Sauce
- 148 ml hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
Garnish
- Spring onion
- Coriander
Instructions
- Clean and wash the wings, and then pat them dry.
- Add all the listed seasonings to the wings, give it a mix and leave to marinate for a few hours.
- Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 196 °c and the time for 20 minutes.
- When prompted, add the chicken wings to the cooking chamber, leaving space between each wing.
- Brush some oil on each and leave to cook in the Vortex.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce by adding all the listed sauce ingredients to a pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Once the wings are finished, add to a bowl and pour the sauce on top, coating every wing evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
