Ingredients
- 2 small chicken fillets
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 4-5 tbs Nandos Smokey BBQ marinade
- 2 tbs Nandos Peri Peri rub
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Make marinade with Smokey BBQ, peri peri rub, chilli powder, chilli flakes, garlic paste and salt.
- Coat chicken fillets and leave for few hours or overnight to marinate.
- Select AIR FRY on your Vortex and set the time for 12 mins and the temperature to 180 °C, and press start.
- Add food when prompted and turn at halfway.
- Enjoy hot!
