Ingredients
- 150 g king oyster mushrooms
- 225 ml soya milk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 200 g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms and pat dry
- Mix the soya milk and lemon juice together and place the mushrooms in this mixture to soak for 15 minutes
- Mix together spices and flour
- After 15 minutes get your mushrooms and place them in the flour mixture until coated, then into the soya milk. Repeat twice so they’re double coated
- Select Air Fry, and set the time to 15 mins at 190 degrees.
- Once cooked, let them cool for a minute and enjoy with a dip of choice
