Ingredients
- 2 small – medium sweet potato 1 cup
- 1 tin Chickpeas 240g drained
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp Chickpea Flour
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add sweet potato, onion, garlic, coriander leaves, spices, nutritional yeast and chickpea flour. Mix well to combine.
- Once combined, place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop the mixture and gently shape to form a patty, then brush with oil.
- Select Air Fry and program to 205°C for 15 minutes. Touch Start.
- When the display indicates Add Food, place the patties in the Air Fryer, 1 cm apart.
- Flip them when prompted.
- When the program has finished, transfer to a plate and serve with a dipping sauce.
