Ingredients
- 225 g curly kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Rinse torn kale and dry thoroughly using a salad spinner and/or clean dish towel.
- Place kale in a large bowl, drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Thoroughly massage oil into kale, ensuring every leaf is coated evenly with oil and seasoning.
- Select Air Fry on the Vortex and adjust the temperature to 170°C and the time to 7 minutes, then touch Start to allow the Vortex to preheat.
- When the display indicates Add Food, place the kale into the Frying chamber.
- When prompted, turn the kale at the halfway point.
- Once the program has finished, remove the chips and serve.
