Description
The heavy gauge Instant Pot non-stick inner heats evenly and efficiently. It is coated with a thick Ceramic non-stick coating free from PTFE, PFOA and other chemicals found in other plastic-coated non-stick inner pots. At the end of cooking, it washes up easily by hand or can be placed in the dishwasher. Ceramic non-stick coatings are very hard wearing, but it is recommended to use wooden or silicone tools when stirring the contents to prolong the life of the coating. The inner pot can be used with the Duo and Duo Plus and is currently not compatible with the Duo SV, Duo Evo Plus, Duo Crisp & Pro/Pro Crisp products.
