Initial set up
2.1 Clean before use

Wash the Inner Cooking Pot with hot water and soap, dry thoroughly. Wipe the heating element inside the cooker base with a soft cloth to remove any stray packaging particles. 

3.1  Slow Cook

3.2 Sauté 
Settings  Best for 
110°C  Simmering, thickening and reducing liquids 
135°C  Softening onions and vegetables 
160°C  Stir-frying or browning meat 

Tips for best results 

  • Do not put the lid on when using the Sauté function.
  • Always deglaze the inner pot after sautéing.

Cleaning 

Clean your Slow Cooker after each use. Always unplug the unit and let all parts cool to room temperature before cleaning. Before use or storing, make sure all surfaces are dry.

The inner pot and lid are dishwasher safe.

If the slow cooker base and power cord need cleaning, WIPE ONLY with a damp cloth.
