Ingredients
- 9 mini hot cross buns
- ½ tub premade custard
- 1 bag Werther’s Original, blitz into small chunks using a food processor
- 20g of butter
Instructions
- Split and butter each of the hot cross buns.
- Pour half of the custard into the base of a roasting tin, then scatter half of the blitz werthers.
- Place the hot cross buns into the dish then pour the remaining custard around the buns.
- Select Bake on the air fryer and set the time to 12 mins and temp to 160C.
- With 4mins to go, add the remaining werther’s until melted.
- Serve immediately.
