Ingredients
- 150g cooked chickpeas
- 100g cooked lentils
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 4 tbsp Tamari
- 4 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tbsp oil
Instructions
- Drain and rinse chickpeas and the lentils (no need to dry) and add to a bowl with all the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Transfer the mix to the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, leave to cool and enjoy!
