Ingredients
- 400 g Pizza express pizza dough
- 50 ml sour cream
- 113 g/ 1 cup mozzarella
- Fillings: Use your Christmas leftovers!
- Roasted vegs like butternut or onions
- Leftover cheeses from your cheeseboard we used a little brie and soft goats cheese
- Sliced turkey
- Cranberry sauce
- Pigs in Blankets
- Stuffing
- There are no quantities for the leftovers in this recipe just use what you have left from Christmas Day.
Instructions

Remove the grill plate and draw divided from your versa air fryer. Set the draw divider aside, as we will be using the whole draw for this recipe.

Roll the pizza dough out into a large circle, about half a centimeter thick, as if you were rolling out a pizza. Once rolled out, Drape the pastry over the air fryer plate with half the circle hanging off the long edge.

Spread a few dollops of sour cream in an even layer onto half the dough (the half on the air fryer plate) then add your Christmas leftovers on top of the sour cream, interspersing these with a little scatter of mozzarella.

Once all the ingredients are added, finish with a little more mozzarella then fold the half moon of dough hanging off the air fryer plate over the filling.

Pinch the edges to seal and lower the grill plate and calzone back into the air fryer basket.

Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 175°C and time to 25 minutes.

Cook the calzone until it is golden brown and cooked through.

Flip if needed, when prompted and serve.
